We first create Learner self-awareness and self-development, then move to developing others. Next, we transition to team and organization development. We use coaching to support improvement!

ALL Change Begins
Our Coaching consists of one hour of post-completion coaching for each Learner. It is Confidential & Personalized to assist the learner with implementation and improvement within the learner’s specific environment & current challenges. Coaching is at NO ADDITIONAL COST! We consider coaching a vital element of our leadership development process!!!
L.E.A.D. Development Process
Each Learner completes a personality type assessment to provide perspective.
Optional: A 360 Multi-Source Feedback Assessment can also be included to create a baseline for development and measurement of actual improvement!
